Review data and privacy
Know what the
review retains.
VEYTHARA is a review pilot by Ethara Global Technologies Inc. This page describes the current website and application flows. For privacy questions or a request concerning your data, contact info@etharaglobal.com.
Guest previews
The preview processes the two drafts and supplied excerpts to return a comparison. Draft text and comparison results are not saved to the server for guest previews. The application retains hashed guest and request identifiers, use time and expiry to enforce the complimentary allowance and permit an identical-packet retry.
A signed, secure browser cookie identifies the guest allowance for up to 30 days. The allowance applies to that browser identifier; it does not prove a person’s identity. Clearing cookies can reset the identifier. The server may stop expired identifiers from being used.
Sign-in and saved cases
Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. The application receives a site-specific user identifier, email and optional display name. Saved drafts, source excerpts, comparisons, import times, hashes, annotations and decisions are associated with the signed-in owner. The API checks ownership before returning or changing a case.
One complimentary saved case is available per account. Used-free-allowance and pass-credit records are retained separately from review content, so deleting a case does not replenish the allowance.
Deletion and retention
Use Delete review in the workspace to remove that case’s active drafts, source passages, comparisons, decisions and retry records. Saved cases otherwise remain in the application; no automatic saved-case deletion deadline is implemented. Infrastructure backups and provider logs can have their own retention periods, so application deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every backup.
Providers and source processing
The marketing website runs on WordPress.com. The review application runs on the Sites hosting service with Cloudflare Workers and D1. ChatGPT provides sign-in. These services may process connection, security and account information under their own terms. Canadian data residency is not promised.
Document files and printed scans are read locally in your browser. Original files are not stored in review records; only the extracted text you confirm is sent when you compare or save. Ordinary draft reviews do not call an external AI model or retrieve source URLs. Optional handwriting transcription is awaiting activation. Once enabled, it sends one selected page image to OpenAI only after explicit consent and sign-in; the image can include its embedded metadata. That endpoint does not save the image or transcription, but retains account usage counts to enforce its daily limit. Provider security logs and retention policies may still apply. Source addresses are references supplied by the user; opening one follows an ordinary external link. The review service does not deliberately log submitted draft text.
Keeping a preview and requesting a pass
If you choose Save and sign in, the same-tab browser temporarily holds the submitted preview packet so it can be copied into your workspace. You still choose whether to save the case. Pass and pilot requests open your email application to info@etharaglobal.com. Card checkout is not currently connected, and the application does not collect payment card details.
Use of the material
Submit material you are permitted to use for the review. Start with synthetic or de-identified examples when evaluating the pilot. The tool records comparisons and human decisions; it does not establish truth, copyright ownership or independent verification.
